Welcome to ExamRig. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ExamRig website, study material, practice questions, test series, accounts, and related educational services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. Who we are

ExamRig is operated jointly by Karan Nayak , Priyanjal Dar, Pankaj Kumar. In these Terms, “ExamRig”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operators of the website. You can contact us at contact@examrig.com.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must provide accurate and current information when creating or using an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
• You must not share, sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your account.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, please contact us promptly.
• If you are under 18 years of age, you should use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Educational purpose

ExamRig provides study material, practice questions, explanations, online tests, previous-year-question resources, and other test-preparation tools for general educational and practice purposes.

The Services do not guarantee any examination result, admission, employment, certification, rank, score, selection, or other academic or professional outcome. You remain responsible for checking official syllabi, examination dates, eligibility requirements, application procedures, marking schemes, and other instructions with the relevant institution or examination authority.

4. Permitted use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Services for your own lawful educational purposes.

You may download or print material only when that feature is expressly provided by ExamRig and only for your personal, non-commercial study.

5. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• copy, reproduce, republish, sell, rent, license, distribute, or commercially exploit ExamRig material without prior written permission;
• share account-restricted content or another user’s account access;
• use bots, scrapers, scripts, or automated tools to collect or download content without permission, except legitimate search-engine crawlers operating in accordance with our robots.txt instructions;
• attempt to bypass access restrictions, interfere with the website, probe for vulnerabilities, or introduce viruses, malicious code, or other harmful material;
• impersonate another person, provide false information, or use another user’s account;
• submit or transmit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, sexually explicit, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate content;
• use the Services to cheat in an examination or violate examination rules;
• use the Services in a manner that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of another person or organization; or
• attempt to disrupt, overload, damage, or impair the operation or security of the Services.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the ExamRig name, logo, website design, original text, explanations, graphics, software, and other original material created for the Services are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual-property rights to you.

Official examination names, trademarks, previous-year questions, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on ExamRig does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement unless expressly stated.

If you believe material available through the Services infringes your copyright or other rights, email contact@examrig.com with the relevant URL, a description of the protected work, your contact details, and evidence that you are authorized to make the request.

7. User submissions and feedback

If you submit feedback, corrections, questions, comments, or other material to us, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate another person’s rights.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and display your submission only as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Services. Do not submit confidential information or sensitive personal information unless we have expressly agreed to receive it.

8. Free access

ExamRig currently provides its Services without a subscription or purchase fee. Internet access, mobile-data charges, and other costs imposed by your network or device provider remain your responsibility.

If ExamRig introduces a paid service in the future, the applicable price, access period, cancellation conditions, refund policy, and any additional purchase terms will be presented before a user completes a purchase.

9. Third-party services and links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party providers for hosting, analytics, advertising, authentication, communication, security, or other technical functions.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of third-party websites or services. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.

10. Advertising

The Services may display advertisements served by third-party advertising partners, including Google, where advertising is enabled. An advertisement appearing on ExamRig does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by ExamRig.

11. Accuracy and corrections

We make reasonable efforts to keep study material, questions, answers, explanations, and other information useful and accurate. However, educational content may occasionally contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or differences from an official syllabus or examination rule.

You should verify important examination information with the relevant official authority. If you identify a possible error, please report it to contact@examrig.com.

12. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services when reasonably necessary. We may also correct errors, revise material, or remove content.

We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device, browser, or internet connection.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or examination results.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, right, or protection that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ExamRig and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, opportunity, examination results, or access arising from or relating to the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

15. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access to an account or part of the Services if we reasonably believe that a user has breached these Terms, violated applicable law, created a security risk, interfered with the Services, or harmed other users, ExamRig, or a third party.

When access is terminated, the user’s right to use the affected Services ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.

16. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect personal information. It should be read together with these Terms.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when our Services, practices, or legal obligations change. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where required by law, we may provide additional notice of a material change.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law and the jurisdiction of any competent consumer commission or court, courts located in New Delhi, Delhi, will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Services.

19. General provisions

• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
• Our failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written permission.
• We may assign our rights and obligations as part of a restructuring or lawful transfer of the Services.
• These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any additional terms expressly presented through the Services, constitute the agreement between you and ExamRig concerning your use of the Services.
