About ExamRig
ExamRig is an online platform for students and educators who want a simple way to practice questions, take a test and keep track of learning progress. We started ExamRig with a straightforward ideas: preparing for an examination should not end after reading a chapter. Students need opportunities to practice what they have studied, find the topics where they are making mistakes and test themselves again after revision. ExamRig brings these activities together in one place. Students can use the platform to practice chapter-wise questions, attempt online tests, work through previous-year papers and review their performance. Educators can use the assessment features to create tests and understand how their students are performing.
Why we built ExamRig
Students often use several different resources while preparing for an examination. A textbook may be used for learning, one website for practice questions, another for previous-year papers and a separate tool for taking mock tests. We wanted to make this process more convenient. ExamRig combines learning and assessment fetures so that a student can move from studying a topic to practicing questions and then testing their understanding without having to change platforms. The platform is still growing, and we continue to add study material, questions and examination resources based on the subjects and exams we support.
For Students
ExamRig provides several tools that students can use during their preparation.
Chapter-wise practice
Students can practice questions from individual chapters or topics instead of attempting questions from the complete syllabus every time. This can be particularly useful after finshing a chapter. For example, a Computer Science student who has just studied Computer Networking can practice questions related specifically to networking before moving on to another subject.
Online tests
Students can take online tests to check their preparation under a time limit. A test result is more useful when it is followed by revision. We encourage students to looks at the questions they got wrong, identify the underlying topic and return to the study material before attempting another test.
Previous-year papers
Previous-year questions can help students understand the type of questions that have been asked in earlier examinations. They can also help students identify commonly testd concepts and become familiar with the wording and format of examination questions. Previous-year papers should be used as part of preparation rather than as a replacement for studying the complete syllabus.
Results and performance
After completing a test, students can review their results and use the information to understand how they performed. Depending on the test, performance information can include areas such as score, accurcy and time spent answering questions. The purpose of these results is not simply to produce a rank. They can also help students decide what they should revise next.
Hindi and English support
ExamRig supports learning and practice in Hindi and English where the relevant content is available. We want students to be able to use the language that is most comfortable for them while preparing for their examinations.

ExamRig also provides features for educators who want to conduct online assessments. Educators can create and manage examinations, share tests with students and review performance reports. Our approach to learning
We believe that testing should be connected to learning. Taking a test and looking only at the final score does not tell the complete story. A student who gets several questions wrong may simply need to revisit a particular topic. For this reason, we encourage a simple cycle: Learn → Practice → Test → Review → Improve First understand the topic. Then practice questions related to it. Take a test to check your understanding, review your mistakes and revise the areas that need more attention. We are gradually expanding the available material rather than trying to covr every examination at once.
